Anderson, IN – The Bankable Loan Program announced that they have closed their 500th loan since their inception in 2010.
The nationally ranked lender has disbursed over $15 million in loans with over half of those being to minority, women and veteran owned businesses.
According to Kyle Fawcett, Marketing Coordinator, “It is incredibly rewarding to play a role in the story of hundreds of Indiana small businesses and helping them to take steps towards becoming Bankable. Our program has the opportunity to be a resource for small businesses through a network of organizations who dedicate themselves to offering guidance and connecting their clients with alternative financing solutions. We look forward to our ongoing partnership with those organizations and continual growth to offer support to more Indiana small businesses than ever before.”
Working closely with Indiana lenders, Bankable has provided nearly 200 loans to low and middle income business owners with over 11% of those borrowers returning to banks for later funding.
