FF&S Grows with SBA 504 Loan

FF&S is a 32-year-old business whose growth led company owner and CEO Jeff Williams to relocate to a larger facility in Anderson.

FF&S (formerly Financial Forms & Systems) corporate headquarters is now operating in Anderson’s Flagship Enterprise Center in a combined office building and warehouse. Williams obtained financing to buy and equip the building from the U.S. Small Business Administration 504 loan program through STAR Financial Bank and Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation.

Indiana Statewide CDC works with local Indiana lenders to issue SBA 504 loans to help owners of expanding or startup small businesses buy real estate, buildings and equipment. SBA 504 loans help small companies gain favorable financing terms similar to those available to large companies in conventional loans.

FF&S is a turnkey provider of consumable supplies for any business. From industry-specific forms to office supplies and promotional products, FF&S works with businesses to strategically manage the costs, warehousing, distribution and financial reporting on all business supply related expenses.

This loan enables FF&S to move its 38 corporate employees under one roof for the first time. Williams says, “Before this loan, our corporate office and Indiana-based warehouse were in separate locations. Being under one roof is making us more efficient and build an even strong team culture. Something I know our customers will benefit from as well.”
